• Shipping Areas: Italy (islands included)
• If you want us to ship your order abroad, please contact us in advance at commerciale@hair-club.it.
• Orders are typically prepared, shipped, and delivered within approximately 1-2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the items you have purchased. Additionally, please note that delivery times, handled by GLS express courier, may experience unforeseen delays (e.g., weather events, roadworks, etc.).

Returns

You can return one or more items within 14 days of delivery, in compliance with current national regulations. Returns are free, except for shipping costs, which will be on you. Once the package is received, the warehouse will inspect the goods: if the packaging is found to be opened, we will not be able to process your refund.
